Project: EPC Thermal Power Generation Plant in the West.

Client: Corporación Eléctrica Nacional – CORPOELEC.

Scope of Work: An EPC project, developed in an area of 32 hectares, which included the supply of all equipment and materials, transportation, installation and startup of three turbines of 150 MW each in simple cycle and dual fuel system. This plant has the possibility of future installation of a combined cycle, increasing its installed capacity.

The Balance of Plant (BOP) covers storage systems, treatment of liquid fuel, gas treatment and compression, air supply for services and instruments, potable water, demineralized water, wastewater recollection and treatment, control system and telecommunications and edifice services such as control room, administrative building, warehouse and maintenance workshop. It also included the training of personnel responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant.

Installed capacity:  450 MW.

Impact: Contribution to Sistema Interconectado Nacional (SIN), Complejo Refinador Paraguaná (900 thousand barrels per day), Zona Franca and communities of Falcón, Venezuela.

G.P.P. Northeast

Project: EPC Thermal Power Generation Plant in the Northeast.

Client: Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. – PDVSA.

Scope of Work: An EPC project developed in an area of 6 hectares, which included the supply of all equipment and materials, transportation, installation and startup of two turbines of 150 MW each in simple cycle and dual fuel system. This plant has the possibility of future installation of a combined cycle, increasing its installed capacity.

The Balance of Plant (BOP) covers the storage systems, treatment of liquid fuel, gas treatment and compression, air for services and instruments, potable water, demineralized water, wastewater recollection and treatment, control system and telecommunications and edifice services such as control room, administrative building, warehouse and maintenance workshop. Installed capacity: 300 MW.

Impact: Contribution to Sistema Interconectado Nacional (SIN), Refinería Puerto La Cruz (187 thousand barrels per day) production of oil and gas in northern Anzoátegui and communities of the state.
 

G.P.P. Central

Project: EPC Thermal Power Generation Plant in Central.

Client: Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. – PDVSA.

Scope of Work: An EPC project developed in an area of 12 hectares and development in two stages, the first stage included the supply of all equipment and materials, transportation, installation and startup of one turbine of 150 MW in simple cycle and fuel gas system. The second stage includes the installation of a second turbine of 170 MW in simple cycle and fuel gas system. This plant has the possibility of future installation of a combined cycle, increasing its installed capacity.

The Balance of Plant (BOP) covers storage systems, treatment of liquid fuel, gas treatment and compression, air for services and instruments, potable water, demineralized water, wastewater recollection and treatment, control system and telecommunications and edifice services such as control room, administrative building, warehouse and maintenance workshop. Installed capacity: 320 MW.

Impact: Contribution to Sistema Interconectado Nacional (SIN), production of non-associated gas, gas compression facilities and communities of Guárico.
 

G.P.P. Southeast

Project:  EPC Thermal Power Generation Plant in the Southeast.

Client: Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. – PDVSA.

Scope of Work: An EPC project developed in an area of 20 hectares, which included the supply of all equipment and materials, transportation, installation and startup of two turbines of 150 MW each in simple cycle and fuel gas system. This plant has the possibility of future installation of a combined cycle, increasing its installed capacity.

Diagnosis and Improvement of Gas System in the Northeast

Project: Diagnosis and Improvement of Gas System.

Client: Empresas filiales de PDVSA.

Scope of Work: Engineering for the maintenance, adjustment, cleaning and startup of the main line to the gas flow station. Diagnosis and identification of the operational problems of the gas supply to the electrical plant. Solutions, opportunities for improvements, adjustments and recommendations for the correct operation of the plant without affecting the model and increasing production of the Flow Station as a part of the installation of three vertical vessels and two condensate boots.
